Where does the flight data come from?

Norwegian airports come straight from Avinor's official feed. Everywhere else comes from AeroDataBox under a commercial licence. Boards refresh about every 3 minutes.

A flight or time looks wrong

Boards show the airport's own official data, in the airport's local time. Airlines and airports occasionally publish late corrections — always confirm critical times with your airline. Tell us about anything that looks off and we'll chase it.

What does Gateboard Pro include?

Every board style is free to look at — your first 3 live boards are on us. Pro unlocks up to 1,000 live boards a month, landing alerts (up to 5 flights at a time), the home-screen widget, Live Activities, and up to 20 favorite airports. $3.99/month or $29.99/year with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Gateboard. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.

Restore a purchase

Gateboard app → SYSTEM tab → Restore purchases. Same Apple ID, no account needed.

Landing alerts didn't arrive?

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Gateboard is allowed. Alerts are sent when the arrival airport marks the flight landed; a handful of small airports never report it — we're upfront about that.
